Pour Over Brewing

The pour over method is perfect for experiencing the nuanced flavors in our specialty coffees.

What You’ll Need: Dripper, filter, kettle, coffee beans (20-30g), water (300-350ml)

Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)

Brew Time: 3-4 minutes

Steps: Rinse filter, add ground coffee, pour hot water slowly, enjoy fresh cup!

French Press Brewing

For full-bodied, rich coffee with more oils and sediment

Water Temperature: 195-205°F

Brew Time: 4 minutes

Ratio: 1:15 (1g coffee to 15ml water)

Espresso Machine Brewing

For concentrated, bold shots

Water Temperature: 195-205°F

Grind: Fine

Extraction Time: 25-30 seconds for double shot

Grind Size Guide

Extra Coarse: Cold brew, overnight steeping

Coarse: French press, percolator

Medium: Pour over, Chemex

Fine: Espresso, Moka pot

Pro Tips for Best Results

Always grind just before brewing for maximum freshness. Use filtered water. Start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and adjust to taste. Brew between 195-205°F for optimal extraction. Clean your equipment regularly.
